O&B Report for 26 March 2024

Welcome back to Andy Rahaman, joining us today to make it eight of us battling the high winds (again,,,ugh) and enjoying a splendid day on the golf course. The mention went to Mike Sotiriou with 28 points in fourth place. Third place was taken with 30 points by Yours Truly (Wild Bill) winning 3 Euro. The runner-up with 31 points was Ron Marsh winning 5 Euro. No real surprise that when the rest of us were cowed by the high winds that our Club Champion, Alan Young, relished the challenge and conjured up an amazing 38 points to win the day and pocket the 8 Euro prize; outstanding play once again, Alan, very well done ! It's the traditional Easter Foursomes competitions on Monday 1 April playing for the Little Brown Jug and 'Oddballs' trophies; if I don't see you there, hopefully, I'll see you next Tuesday. Happy Easter and don't forget that clocks go forward on Easter Sunday !!
